PRE-ORDERS

All orders placed from now until August 1st 2020 will ship by the 3rd week of August 2020. This is a one time purchase not a subscription. Customers will be able to subscribe September 1st, 2020, and will receive their subscription charge in November 2020. Customers who pre-ordered will be able to subscribe before new customers.

*Due to the global pandemic, COVID-19, our launch date is subject to delays. Refunds and cancellations are available for all reasons pertaining to postponement.

HOW IT WORKS

Kinde subscriptions are quarterly to match hair care needs for the season.

As a subscriber you'll be charged on the 5th of November, February, May, and August. Your package will arrive between the 3rd and 4th week of each quarter.

CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION

You cancel your subscription anytime. You will not be charged for the quarter as long as your cancel before the 5th of that billing period. You can also pause your subscription, and restart it when you're ready.

WHAT BRANDS CAN I EXPECT IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?

  •  We only deliver curl friendly products and tools. We reject products with harsh, non-beneficial ingredients. You'll find small, independent brands as well as larger brands of quality. 

WHEN DOES KINDE LAUNCH?

  • We will send out our first subscriptions in by August 31st, 2020. Pre-order and subscribe to save.
